Developing
one’s intellect is a substantial part in preparing the learners in their future
and it always have been practiced inside the classroom. Yet, Dumayat Elementary
School wanted to develop not only the learners’ minds but also their inner
souls.
In
order to feed and develop the character of the learners, DES invited Father of
Sto. Nino Parish to teach the gospel to the learners last November 8, 2019 with
a heartwarming message from Luke 20:27 that means “At the end of life, it is
only changed, not ended. In Jesus’ strong affirmation of eternal life, it is
clear that new intimacies and joys will replace those of this life. In the new
life, all live face to face and, in that relationship, all are bound together”.
It is indeed an eye opening not only for the learners but also to the teachers.
Wholesome
development is important in the teaching-learning process that is why Dumayat
Elementary School is giving its best to provide the changing needs of the
learners.
