- Improvement of the performance in the MPS. Based on the results of the Annex 4 or Identifying Priority Improvement Areas, this priority area got the highest average rating of 5 which is very high priority. The school needs to give intervention on this matter. It requires a three-year development plan since it will tackle several aspects like classroom instructions, enhancement of teacher’s skills and competencies and learners’ continuous improvement.
- Increase literacy rate in reading. This priority area needs to be planned and given strategic interventions. Reading is necessary skills for learners and must be continuously improved. Strengthen remedial remediation and instructions and innovative plan for reading program are considered to address this area of improvement.
- Improvement of school facilities. Most classrooms are old and provision of new classrooms is a long process. To address the conduciveness of the classrooms, the three-year plan includes ceiling, roof, gutter and paints.
