MARGARITA R. OCHINANG
is a Teacher III handling
Grade 1 learners of the school. She graduated Bachelor of Elementary Education
in Urdaneta City University (formerly Urdaneta City College) on 1987. She
earned her academic requirements in Master of Arts in Home Economics at
Pangasinan State University, Urdaneta City Campus. She has been teaching for 27
years as public school teacher. She is continually giving her service and
dedication in teaching young learners. Her achievements speak her commitment in
the public school which includes winning coach in the different field and
active GSP adviser. She is considered the Jack-of-all-trade in our school!
MARLYN C. CASABAR. Mrs. Casabar serves as the
school “active health advocate” for her advocacy on health and wellness. She is
a Teacher III of the school and Grade 4 adviser. She finished her Bachelor in
Elementary Education from Urdaneta City University on 2003. Her Master of Arts in
Early Childhood Education was taken from Urdaneta City University with Academic
Requirements leading to thesis writing and Masters in Education major in Educational Leadership
at Colegio De Dagupan . On 2012, she took the Licensure Examination for
Teachers in Hongkong, when she was then an Overseas Filipino Workers. After
passing the examination, she decided to serve her country in the public service
as teacher. Currently, she is serving Dumayat Elementary School for five years
and more fruitful years. She actively does her job as GSP field adviser of the
district and perform her duties with all her heart. She loves dancing and
singing. Likewise, she is a sports-minded woman with great enthusiasm and
energy!
ELISA M. OCHINANG happily serves Dumayat
Elementary School for three years and counting. She is a residence of Barangay
Dumayat and blissfully serving the government. She graduated Bachelor of
Science in Commerce Major in Accounting at University of Baguio and earned her
professional units in education at Urdaneta City University on 1999. After
passing the licensure examination, she went abroad as OFW in Hongkong to
support her children in their education. After nine years, she went home and
served as volunteer teacher in Kindergarten for two years in Binalonan District
I. Recently, she taking up Masters in Education major in Educational Leadership
at Colegio De Dagupan. She is the school’s woman of garden and initiatively
making a difference for the school’s Gulayan sa Paaralan. Her soft voice and kind-hearted
character attracts her students and make her the unique teacher of DES!
MARICEL S. EDUARTE
is the school’s
future leader with her strong personality and leadership skills. She is a Grade
Six adviser and a Teacher I of the school. She finished her Bachelor in
Elementary Education in Cagayan State University with Teaching Proficiency
Award for her meritorious achievement in Teaching Practice. She is currently
taking up her Master’s in Education major in Educational Leadership at Colegio
De Dagupan and a candidate for graduation. As of today, she’s happily serving
the government for three years and counting. She has the future of making a
great impact in education with her wit and style. She is likewise a good
trainer and a coach to learners in the different field and programs. She likes
cooking and watching dramas. She also believes that “whether teaching
kindergarten, music, physical education or special education, a teacher is
someone that students look up to, and aspire to be like. Some of our most
influential and life-changing role models are teachers.”
JANET G. SIBOLBORO is the sweetest teacher of the
school. She is the Kindergarten teacher and the kids love her. She’s now four
years in the service and looking forward for more years in the public service.
Her education gives her ability and skills in handling learners in the
four-walled classroom. She finished Bachelor in Elementary Education at
Urdaneta City University with Teaching Proficiency Award. Currently, she is taking
up Master of Master’s in Education major in Educational Leadership at Colegio
De Dagupan. Her training in the different fields equipped her with skills and knowledge
of becoming a good leader and great teacher. She believes that “a teacher not
only teaches, but inspires and encourages students to be their best. School is
not only a place of academic learning, but of social learning as well, and will
have an effect on how students interact with others in the future.”
MARJORIE M. LEMON is the so called “fruit-teacher”
of the school because of her attractive Lemon surname. She rose from the ranks
during the teachers’ ranking and landed to public school immediately. She
graduated in University of Eastern Pangasinan (UEP) of Bachelor in Elementary Education
as the Scholar ng Bayan. Before she graduated in UEP, she took up Bachelor of
Science in ICT (unit earner) in Pangasinan State University. She is currently
the school system administration (ICT). Having a positive outlook in teaching,
she has a good vision and commitment to public service. According to her, a
teacher especially needs to be an effective communicator and motivator, as it
is irrelevant how much knowledge a teacher has if that knowledge cannot be
shared and conveyed to the students in an interesting and understandable way.
