Every individual has the ability to become a future leader not only in our school but in our country. Experiencing and bringing out the best in ourselves lead us through the right path of leadership. In every organization there should be a person that will act as a leader in order to achieve the goals.
The 2019 Induction Ceremony was conducted on October 25, 2019 at Dumayat Elementary School Social Hall. Present during the program were barangay council of Dumayat, PTA officers and members led by Mrs. Joan D. Ruar and teachers of the school. The program opened with a prayer by Mrs. Maristela E. De Peralta. Ricardo S. Tambogon, the school head of the school, gave a short and meaningful message to the set of officers on the importance of preparing themselves in the challenges, responsibilities and opportunities of being a leader. He stated that “Leadership is not about being who is right and who is wrong, it is about transforming ourselves to be the right citizen of our country.”

Likewise, Hon. Ireneo Ochinang, Brgy. Kagawad Incharged of Education, said that our abilities as leaders is incomparable in which greater responsibilities in helping our school and our community to become the best. Mrs. Joan D. Ruar, PTA President, reflected on the new management of the school that everyone must be a catalyst of change, a positive change.
After which, the elected officers of the school took their oath and parents pinned their ribbons as symbols of greater roles and duties as elected officers. The event was participated by the elected officers of the different organizations like PTA officers, SPG officers and others. The officers were excited and honored as the new leaders of the school.
