Dumayat, Binalonan, Pangasinan- The Dumayat ES teachers actively participated in the several trainings conducted through online or webinar trainings. These webinars greatly help the teachers in upgrading themselves as they learn while at home.

Webinar SLAC on ICT in the New Normal of Education was conducted on July, 2020 initiated by Marjorie M. Lemon, Teacher I of Dumayat ES. This webinar gave teachers the knowledge and skills on the use of different technology-based platforms in delivering learning to learners. This also provided teachers with technical assistance on the proper utilization of available teaching and learning platforms.

Webinar on Behavior Management talked about on the understanding and managing learners’ behavior. This three-day webinar is a collaboration project of Dumayat ES and Peniel Learning Center, Urdaneta City. Both teachers of the learning institutions served as participants. The webinar gave insightful topics on managing behavior of learners and reflections on the practices of teachers towards behavior development. Additionally, the webinar talked about preventing behaviors from occurring and on equipping teachers with skills to empower learners to manage their own behavior. Teachers learn how to address disruptive behavior safely and effectively, increasing the likelihood that learners will choose more positive behaviors.

Webinar on Special Education was conducted by SEAMEO-SEN, Malaysia on July 24, 2020.
